CSRA / CSCA - ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Annual General Meeting of the members of the Coral Springs Residents Association for the fiscal year 2020/2021 will be held in NESS: Don Hartman North East Sportsplex, 5206, 68th Street N.E. Calgary, Alberta on October 14th, 2021, on the second floor, at 7:00 pm sharp.

All notices have been sent to all residents, if you are unable to attend the meeting in person you can fill your Proxy Form and return the same to the South Beach House, between (9 am - 5 pm) Mon - Fri. Note all Proxy form should be given no later than one (1) day preceding the date of the meeting.

A copy of the audited financial statement is available for members to pick up from the office effective October 7th, 2021. (Mon - Fri) 9am - 5pm. Copies will also be available at the meeting.

NOTE: Keeping with COVID-19 rules, all attending meeting should have your own mask. and Provincial Restriction Exception Program, Bylaw#65M2021 does apply to enter the facility, please visit www.nesportsplex.com for more information.

Following the meeting, the Coral Springs Community Association will hold their AGM for fiscal year 2020/’21.
