Coral Spring Lake Fees - Fiscal year 2024/'25

Your invoice for Coral Springs Residents Association annual lake fee have been mailed / Emailed as of March 1st, 2024, for the fiscal year April 1st 2024 to March 31st 2025. Lake Fees commence on original occupancy of your home and this year’s lake fees are due on April 1, 2024. Use of the amenity will be conditional upon payment of lake fees.

Please Note: Policies for late payments are on your invoice. There is a $25 admin fee payments received after April 15th 2024, plus interest. All outstanding payments after June 3rd 2024, are sent to our lawyer for collection. Legal Fees will result in significant penalties starting at $523.69 plus GST.

Please make your payment by debit, cheque or money order made payable to “Coral Springs Residents Association.” Due to the Association’s internal control, cash or credit cards cannot be accepted. Payment can be mailed or delivered to the South Beach Office. Payments will be accepted at the South Beach office between 9:00am and 5:00pm on weekdays. Lake Fees are not optional!

For your convenience, we have implemented Interact e-Transfer auto deposit - please contact our office for further details, 403-285-5100, Ext 1 or 3, between 9am – 5pm (Mon – Friday).

Looking ahead, we plan to transition to email correspondence for invoices and receipts via email. To facilitate this, we request all residents to provide their email information. Our goal is becoming a paperless organization.
