Reminder - Coral Springs Residents Association - Lake Fees (2024/’25)

Just a reminder that April 15th, 2024 is the last day for members to pay lake fees for fiscal year Apr 1st, 2024 to Mar 31st, 2025 without penalty. As of April 16th, 2024, interest & admin fee, will be charged on all outstanding accounts and fees will need to be paid in full for members to continue to have access to the park.  Any payment not paid before Jun 3rd, 2024 will be sent to our lawyers for collections.

How can you pay your fees?

1. Pay at the lake office with cheque or debit

2. Send an e-Transfer, please call our office between 9am – 5 pm (Mon – Fri)

3. Mail a cheque to 80 Coral Springs Blvd. NE, Calgary, T3J 3J3
   

All Invoices for your lake fees for fiscal year 2023/’24 were sent out in early March, either by Canada Post or by email. If you had requested our office, then you should have received your invoice by email.

If you didn’t receive your invoice please check your Spam folder, or you can send an email to admin@coralspringsresidents.com or stop by the office to request a copy.
