Coral Springs Lake Fees - Fiscal Year 2025/'26

Just a reminder that April 30th, 2025 is the last day for members to pay lake fees for fiscal year 2025/’26; without penalty. As of May 01st, 2025, interest & admin fee, will be charged on all outstanding accounts and fees will need to be paid in full for members to continue to have access to the park.  Any payment not paid before June 16th, 2025 will be sent to our lawyers for collections.

How can you pay your fees?

1. Pay at the lake office with cheque or debit. If paying by Cheque please make cheque payable “Coral Springs Residents Association “

2. Send an e-Transfer, please call our office between 9am – 5 pm (Mon – Fri)

3. Mail a cheque to 80 Coral Springs Blvd. NE, Calgary, T3J 3J3

   
   

All Invoices for your lake fees for fiscal year 2025/’26 were sent out, end of March 2025, either by Canada Post or by email as per your request at our office.

If you didn’t receive your invoice please check your Spam folder, If you have not received your invoice you can call or stop by the office to request a copy.
